Search by phone number
Type the last few digits of the owner's number. Their animals and each one's full history appear at once. Name, pet name and village work too.

Weight, complaint, findings, treatment, fee. Quick picks and your own formulary cut the typing. A draft is saved as you type, so a dropped connection loses nothing.

A one-page visit summary, a vaccination card, recall reminders by WhatsApp or a call. The day sheet totals the day's payments.

A history brief and suggested possibilities, checks and formulary drugs for the vet to accept or ignore. Nothing is filled in automatically. Only clinical text is sent, never the owner's name or phone number.
Simple pricing
LKR 3,000 a month includes one vet. Each additional vet is LKR 1,000 a month, capped at LKR 8,000. Pay yearly and get 12 months for the price of 10. Unlimited reception and admin accounts, Tamil, backups, export and updates are included at every size.

All prices in Sri Lankan rupees (LKR). Reception and admin accounts are free at every size; only active vet accounts are counted.
First year free with a founding-clinic code
Clinics that sign up by 31 March 2027 with a founding-clinic code get their first year free. The founding offer in the table buys that free year plus two paid years, 36 months in all, for one payment now: LKR 37,500 with one vet, LKR 12,500 per further vet, capped at LKR 100,000.
Pay by bank transfer
Enter the transfer reference, date and amount and attach a photo of the slip in the app. Your plan is activated on submission; we verify the transfer afterwards.
AI suggestions: pay as you go
An optional add-on paid with prepaid credits, from LKR 500. About LKR 9–20 per suggestion on the default model. Credits are valid for 364 days, and a failed result is not charged.
Several branches? Each branch is its own workspace, priced by its own vets; the second and later branches get 25% off.
Your data stays yours

The clinic owns its data.
Export everything, any time, in open formats (CSV and JSON). You do not have to ask us.

Never locked out.
If a subscription lapses, the clinic becomes read-only: search, view, print and export keep working. Data is never deleted.

PDPA-ready.
Sri Lanka's Personal Data Protection Act applies to clinics from 1 January 2027. VetM8 gives you a privacy notice for owners and the tools to answer their requests: access, correction and removal of contact details, with a record of every change.

What devices do we need?
Any phone, tablet or computer with a current browser: Android, iPhone, Windows or Mac. There is nothing to install; add VetM8 to the home screen and it opens like an app. It is designed for a mid-range Android phone first.
What if the internet drops?
Whatever you are typing is kept on the phone until you can save it, so nothing is lost. Reading records needs a connection; a full offline mode is not available yet.
We have more than one branch.
Each branch gets its own workspace with its own staff, priced by its own vets; the second and later branches get 25% off. We set the branches up for you. There is no search across branches yet.
Who can see our data?
Your own staff, each with their own account and role: admin, vet or reception. Every change is recorded with who made it and when. Owners' names and phone numbers are never sent to an AI model; only clinical text is, and only if you use the add-on.
How do we pay?
By bank transfer. Enter the reference, date and amount in the app with a photo of the slip; the plan is activated at once and we verify the transfer afterwards. Card payment is planned.
What happens when we stop paying?
You see a notice from 30 days before the plan ends, then 14 days of grace. After that the clinic is read-only: search, view, print and export keep working; new visits stop. Your data is never deleted, and you can export it at any time.
